The next step to finding your dream space is to set up meetings with your top 3-4 choices. When you are meeting them is important to ask a few questions to help clarify if they are the best fit for your needs & criteria when it comes to planning your wedding there.

• Any indoor plan b ceremony locations if it rains (if applicable)

• We have been there for dinner and most recently we had our daughter’s wedding reception there.  Nick and his staff are amazing.  The food is delicious and plentiful and presented beautifully.  The location is beautiful inside and out.  We were there discussing plans one night and oversaw them having a fun night for some guys too using the hall and using one of the walls and putting up a big screen with the hockey game on it.  I hear they do many fun events and activities there.  If you are in New Hamburg or want to make a special trip to go there, I would highly recommend it.

• Our wedding couldn’t have gone any better! Fabulous staff always smiling and ready to help. Dinner was served promptly and the timing of everything went so smoothly. Our wedding planner Claudia Francescutti was a tremendous help from beginning to end.
  We had two last minute reservations we needed to accommodate and she made it happen. Three late arrivals from out of town and she made sure they were seated and fed quickly.
  The venue is second to none and the staff was brilliant. With pulling together multiple vendors, the dress, the suits and floral arrangements and overall stress of a wedding, The Hacienda along with Claudia were such a perfect match for our day and made sure everything went smoothly!! Just a few steps above the Falls Room is the bridal suite that also connects to the Juliet Balcony to take dreamy photos above the Grand River.
  

The Cambridge Mill Waterfront Room & Garden Terrace

• The next Cambridge Mill room is the Waterfront & Garden Terrace. This is a terrific balance of having two rooms, one for your reception & the other for your cocktail hour. This space is very inviting and feels intimate & cozy once you are here. Again they have a bridal suite on the same floor for you and your bridal party to use during the day.
  

The Cambridge Mill Gallery Room

• The final wedding room at the Cambridge Mill is the Gallery Room. This is a single room without a separate room for a cocktail hour, however, it is larger & offers a great balance of space for tables & dancing in the middle.
  

The Cambridge Mill Pavillion

• Welcome the Cambridge Mill Pavillion, this is where you can host your wedding ceremony if you choose to. What I love most about the Pavillion are the large windows that light up space with amazing dreamy light.
  

The Cambridge Mill Juliet balcony

• An iconic part of the Cambridge Mill is the Juliet Balcony they offer their couples to take wedding photos on top with the Grand River in the background. It’s a great option to go to during sunset and capture diverse photos to what you’ve already captured throughout the day.

• This venue will host up to three weddings on your big day. They do an incredible job with having a personal assistant throughout the day to help coordinate and ensure you never see another couple.

• As noted above, finding wedding photography locations in Cambridge, Galt is not hard. Across the street having the Mill Race is a blessing when it comes to getting married at the Cambridge Mill. Within minutes you can have a great spot that has trees, shade, views right beside the river.

About Concordia Club Wedding Venue:

The Concordia Club is a German heritage club that celebrates the German roots Kitchener has to offer.

What is has to offer as a wedding venue:
The Concordia Club has great options when it comes to hosting your wedding reception. They have the main hall (hall, 450 people), downstairs they have the Weinstube (Wine Room, 50 people), alongside they have the Schenke (tavern), and the Jagerstube (hunters room, 50 people).

Many weddings are usually hosted in their main hall due to the capacity it can host up to 450 people.

We recently got married on October 24th 2015 and held our reception at Concordia and what an amazing experience we had. We dealt with Martina for our coordinator and she was fabulous to work with, easy to deal with and helped make some great food choices. She was always helpful and easy to get ahold of when i had questions about food, venue, prices etc. The chef is amazing the food was to die for and we loved every bit of it. He also made some great choices in helping us choose our meal selection. The night of the serving staff was great and easy to deal with, the bartenders were outstanding and we had an overall amazing experience here.
